What Brought You to MPower Physical Therapy?
I had surgery for Thoracic Outlet Syndrome back in September of 2018 and needed to find a physical therapist in Nashville, TN that has experience working with unique injuries. Kenny Chatman and the rest of the MPower Physical Therapy team were recommended to me by many folks, and I couldn’t be happier with my time here.
What is Thoracic Outlet Syndrome?
Thoracic Outlet Syndrome is a condition that gave me nerve-based symptoms. My arms felt choked off, tight, and weak. Oftentimes, I would have feelings of pins and needles. My nerves were getting pinched and pushed on, which as you could imagine, could be frustrating as an athlete.
I underwent surgery in Dallas and started physical therapy in Nashville, TN at MPower shortly afterwards.
What Has Been Your Experience with the MPower Physical Therapists?
I have improved dramatically since my surgery. My physical therapist, Kenny, has helped get me back to where I feel completely normal again.
During my time here, I have worked on strength and flexibility. We’ve been able to get my range of motion back to where it needs to be.
I can’t reiterate how helpful the physical therapy has been for getting me back to full health. I’m excited to get back to baseball again with spring training. I have nothing but the best to say about MPower Physical Therapy and everyone that has helped me here.
