Christian Roy

Christian was born and raised in New England and relocated to Nashville to be closer to his wife’s family. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences in 2012 while playing lacrosse and earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2015. After graduating college, he moved home and started practicing in Danbury, CT in an outpatient orthopedic setting for 1.5 years. While there, he was able to focus on sports and orthopedic rehabilitation while working closely with the Danbury Titans, a professional hockey team in the FHL (Federal Hockey League) and continued to further my experience with the treatment of sports-related injuries.

I thoroughly enjoy working with my patients to help them achieve their goals and return to their prior level of function.

Every treatment is individualized based on each person’s needs with an emphasis on manual therapy and the use of functional exercises to improve how they move.  I try to focus not only on the injury at hand but also on the patient in order to help improve their quality of life.
