I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer specializing in Sports Massage and Flexibility Training. I have spent the last seven years working with athletes from the high school to professional level, aiding in injury prevention, recovery, and pain management. The main focus of my practice is increasing athletic proficiency and resilience through flexibility, range of motion, and sport-specific movement patterns.

I use a combination of manual therapy, stretching, and training modalities to meet the individual needs of each athlete. Sessions can be anything passive hands-on tissue work to active hands-off stretch training. I provide stretches and drills that can ideally be used throughout the athlete’s career for longevity and continued recovery.
